Online purchases made through www.liveinexcess.com are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date. Exchanges can only be enacted upon if the item is currently in stock, if it is not, store credit is given in the amount of the item itself. WE DO NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. Refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail. Refunds will be dispersed through our pay network and will be available within 5-10 business days of the issued refund. Refunds are issued once the item has been returned; we suggest you use some method of tracking when returning your item(s) so that both parties have Proof of Delivery.
Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached. Jewelry (excluding earrings and body piercings) must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt.
ONLINE ITEMS MARKED “FINAL SALE” MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Gift items purchased online through www.liveinexcess.com on or after November 14, 2017 are valid for return through January 8, 2018 or within 30 days from the ship date, whichever comes later. Refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail and will be credited to the original form of payment.
